To me it looks like one of the many subsidiary record labels that Columbia pressed such as Oxford for sears Roebuck and the Standard Disc Records.

I think this is a vertical cut record.
Look closely at the print under the McKinley and see that it says "Use only jewel point n on this record".
The picture enlarges very well, the grooves look like vertical grooves to me.

Good eye! I hadn't noticed that. Playing a record designed for a jewel point with a steel needle would result in the label damage seen here.

Thanks to your pointing out that it is a jewel point-style vertically cut record, I'm pretty confident that this is a reissue(or alternative issue) of Rex 5145, which has Hager's Dance Band performing "Goodbye"(Whyte - Melville - Tosti) on one side and "Yes or No" on the reverse. See

http://www.78discography.com/Rex5000.htm

Moreover, the style of the figures in the runout strongly resemble those used by Rex.

Does the reverse side of this disc have "Yes or No" and if so, who is the listed performer? Is there a composer credit? If something other than "Yes or No", what selection is it?

Best wishes, Mark

Here is the other side of the record. You are right about the title.
