I'm looking for a copy of Caruso's recording of "Over There" on Victor Red Label 87294

What would you offer for an NM- copy?

There are always a few on Ebay. One sold recently for $70. Here is a one for sale right now.

That one recently sold was for $70 OBO. I doubt they got $70 out of it... There was another one in VG+ condition that sold for $8

No, it sold for $50. The one I just posted at $29 has now sold too for $29. Where is the one that sold for $8..??. I can't seem to find it.

A much less common record here in the UK, where HMV released it as single sided 5-2593 and later on double sided DA121, coupled with "L'Alba separa dalla luce l'ombra" by Tosti. In over 50 years collecting I have never found either version.

Rumor has it that Victor released a different version in the UK, titled "Over Here." (as in "overpaid, oversexed, and Over Here"), but I may have my eras confused.

Thanks for the old link. I see the seller changed the listing to a 'buy it now' and was sold fast. I think that was a great deal. Appears to have a few needle drops.

You may be hard pressed to find a clean copy sell under $30. However, you never know what comes up. If I remember right.....I paid more than that for my copy.
