Just wondering if anyone knows what brand this needle cutter is.
There's no markings whatsoever, apart from the numbers 1-6 on the rotating cutter blade.
Does anyone recognise this one, or have one in it's original box??

I've seen similar Victor needle cutters (down to the rotating blade), but I'm pretty sure those were marked with nipper, and the base was slightly different.....That's the only other cutter i've seen with the rotating blade.
