Well folks, tomorrow is Memorial Day. While he have our BBQs, and play our patriotic songs on our phonographs, lets think of the sacrifices our men and women have done for the freedoms we have today. Some made the ultimate sacrifice for these freedoms.

Harvey and all veterans---THANK YOU FOR GIVING US THE FREEDOM WE HAVE TODAY!

Today,we would like to HONOR AND REMEMBER MY DAD, PAUL H.ROSAMOND, WHO SERVED IN WORLD WAR II.

My dad was in the army and served under General Patton. He fought in France and Germany and was awarded

4 PURPLE HEARTS. He survived, but lost the thumb and forefinger of his left hand, had nerve pain in his left arm from a bullet wound the rest of his life. Was shot by a sniper through his helmet, entering one side and grazing his scalp out the other. Had shrapnel wounds on his back.

He recovered over a year and ½ period in the hospital and lived to just last year to the age of 92.

We will HONOR HIM TODAY AT DFW NATIONAL CEMETERY. THANK YOU "POP'S" FOR ALL YOUR SACRIFICE,

LOVE, David and Lerria Rosamond
