Postcard

Hi, I know it's not a machine (but it does feature one and there isn't a postcard section !)
I have a few of these cards of the couple listening to the phonograph and they are all normal blank postcards for sending to someone. This one, though, has advertising info on the back and ends
with "let us play one for you" I assume from this it was given away by dealers ? Anyone know if this is correct ?
