Just curious about this machine. Anyone know the maker?

Has some similarities with a European Zonophone, but I have never seen a speed control like this (if that's what the thing on the side is). The tonearm seems loose, which puts the reproducer at a strange angle. Not sure how high I would bid on this without seeing it in person.

It's a ZonoPhone - the low end model with the tonearm built into the backmount...

It was made by Victor after the acquisition. This machine is from about 1909 - 1912. Without the Zonophone decals, it is an Oxford machine sold by Sears. The case, motor and turntable is essentially a Victor Junior with the late Zonophone bracket.
