Is this a Capehart or Electrola part?

Anyone recognize this part? Found it in an empty cabinet I had next to my only Capehart I had and sold. Don't think it's from any Electrolas. Your input would be appreciated, especially to the new Capehart owner if it's from that machine. Thanks.
