Help wanted with Pathé portable

I've recently bought this Pathé "Olotonal" portable. Beautiful machine, but unfortunately missing the record album in the lid. The chances of finding another are practically nil, so has anyone a similar machine that has the album, and could give me details of size, colour, etc, in order that I could make one?
