1. Check from Thomas Edison’s Personal Bank Account. Blank check, numbered 8429 from Edison’s private account. Probably from the teens or twenties. Excellent condition.
2. Check from Thomas and Mina’s Personal Account. Hand signed by Mina Edison. Check dated November 2, 1886. This was from their personal account at the Orange National Bank, opened shortly after their marriage. Very clean signature of Mina at bottom. Small tear to center that was used to cancel check and one other small hole. Otherwise clean.
3.Check from Edison Botanic Research Corporation. Hand signed by Charles Edison. Dated April 10, 1929. Issued to NJ Laboratory Supply Co. Signature is very clean. One light, vertical fold and typical cancellation marks.
4. Check from Orange National Bank. Hand signed by Mina Edison. Dated January 17, 1927. Made out to Dr. H.Y. Murkland. Signature is very clean. Vertical folds and a few tiny edge tears.
