Looks like a typical Swiss/German machine of the 1910/1914 period. Beka, Paillard or Thorens are all possible manufacturers. What names appear on the soundbox and on the plaque attached to the motor board?

haven't seen the machine in person so I don't know what tags are on it. Asking price is $700.

That appears to be a Spanish HMV horn on the machine (note the Nipper decal in an oval panel at 12.00 o'clock), which although the rest has nothing in common with the Victor affiliate at all, would make the machine worth considerably more than the asking price. The horn alone is worth more than that.

Tone arm looks as though a Pathé soundbox could be used in it as well so a bit of mix and match ,
