I'm glad I saw this several hours after I ate. It looks like something out of a bad horror movie. I have no idea what the extra cranks are for 
At least the seller is honest stating this is not an antique. 
Well Duhh!!! No sh##, Sherlock. However, this is a better deal than that ugly wooden horn in another thread. Actually, that wooden horn will be a terrific upgrade to the usual brass horn on a crap-o-phone.
