Pathé Office from the Bain Collection

I was digging in the Bain Collection and found this. There are several pics of the Pathé Office... in New York I would presume. Now, is this one of the Pathé Brothers? (I don't think it's Charles Pathé, and I can't find a pic of Emile.) Is it the New York General Manager? Is it Frank Capps? Russell Hunting?? He's toasting Lucien Muratore who was more or less Pathé's star tenor. He seems to be using water so this is probably a witty reference to the Volstead Act. And the Actuelle machine....now when were they introduced? 1920??
Anyway I like this pic a lot!

Jim,
A fantastic photo! Thanks for posting it. The Bain Collection is wonderful isn't it! I have a few dozen photos to post from it as well! We'll have to research the identity of the gentleman in the photo.
Regards,
John
