Victor Record Index Book....For Which Model..??

Can anyone tell me which Victor model this index book would have come with (or did it ?) please..??.
I have this exact one, came via eBay with little description. It was cheap and looked complete, so I bought it. Would LOVE to know which machine it is appropriate for. It looks later, maybe even electric era (?). I've thought about posting it here myself, just have gotten to it yet.
