I'm finishing up a save on a barn find Columbia BH. The horn is the last part. I could barely tell there was originally gold striping on the ribs on the back so I did that. Someone years ago tried to free-hand some stripes on the inside. So, when I stripped it down and repainted it I left the inside plain black. Did it originally have gold striping on the ribs on the inside of the horn? I have some before and after pics on the Antique Phonograph Society page on Facebook if you want to take a look! Thanks for your help!!

The Columbia horns like this were painted black with gold stripes. They were both on the outside and inside.

Thanks, Harvey. How about the edge of the "petals"?

I forgot to mention that. The edge of the petals were also painted gold on the inside.
