Wanted - phonograph restorer in Western N. Y.

A family friend is looking to have their family heirloom restored. It is a fairly common Edison phonograph that belonged to his father. He mostly wants to get it playing so they can enjoy it. They are asking me if there are any restorers nearby them that could do this. He lives in Jamestown N.Y. Please PM me if you know any restorers near that area that might be interested in a simple restoration project. I suspect that it may just need a new spring.
