I found this little tidbit on the web. The Canadian Symphonola Co. Ltd. was promoting the symphonola [sic] as Canada's "premier phonograph." The company also advertised a line of Imperial double-disc records, though there is some doubt that they were ever issued, despite claims of a 1,500-title catalogue."

Symphonola was a sold by the Larkin Company out of Buffalo NY. This machine is an example of one, I have one a little different than this one. Nice machine, and yes, there were Symphonola records. I don't believe this is related to company in Canada.

Oh wow. That's really cool. The Larkin Company was a giant in the mail-order business up until the 1940s.
