Edison used the name Concert for 2 very different machines. One plays the 5" diameter cylinders, the other started as the Opera but became the Concert due to trademark conflicts. Which type are you looking for?
It would also help if you posted photos.

Try Jean-Paul Agnard...He makes excellent parts and I believe he reproduces the part you need.
