Another question on Silvertone Model XI

On the back of the Phonograph are tow metal plates. One on top is silver with black letter: F14199. The one on the botton is stamped with P.F.C.

I assume the top one is a Serial number, but what does the P.F.C. stand for?

Thanks,

Jeff

My guess would be "Pooley Furniture Company" but that's only a guess.

gramophone-georg is right. Pooley made the cabinets for Sears during their full phonograph run.

I don't think Sears ever went to another company for their cabinets.

Thanks guys. I am new to the Antique Phonographs. I have a decnet collection of antique Phones and have a really solid knowledge base.

May be with your help I can get there with the Phonographs.
