There are a few in the Midlands during the year:
Birmingham International Record Fair - held at the Nationa Motorcycle Museum near Birmingham International Railway station e-mail [email protected]
CLPGS Phonofair - held at the Powick Village Hall between Worcester and Great Malvern, usually on the last Saturday in June e-mail [email protected]
National Vintage Communications Fair - held at the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre near Leamington Spa e-mail nvcf.org.uk
There may, of course, be others.

If you join the CLPGS, and you should, you will also be eligible to attend their annual gathering at Great Malvern. This takes place in a first class hotel, usually over the first weekend in October. There are presentations by experts in their field, plus records and books for sale. A highlight is the Member's Auction of up to 200 lots, the majority of which are machines.
There are many pictures of past events at Malvern on the CLPGS website www.clpgs.org.uk

If you're looking at the photos of Phono Shows in the US and hoping for something similar here, I feel you're likely to be quite disappointed as we have NOTHING at all approaching that scale or range here in the UK, let alone the Midlands.12jslater wrote:Please if there are any phonograph and gramophone shows in the midlands Uk please let me know

Ignoring record fairs (which might have some vintage machines for sale) the largest event in the calender would be the NVCF as Wagnerian has pointed out. However, the gramophone and phonograph element of this fair, which is organised by the BVWS, appears to be shrinking annually with less and less dealers specialising in this field attending each year. I've attended it since its inception and arguable 'heyday' back in 1992 but I couldn't honestly recommend it anymore for anyone looking for grams or phonographs. I sincerely wish the opposite was true.

This is what I feared I don't know whether to take it as good news as prices might dip a bit and America is insane with its meets and events.
Thanks,Jake

That's not the only way we're insane but it is a good way at least. You should come over.12jslater wrote:This is what I feared I don't know whether to take it as good news as prices might dip a bit and America is insane with its meets and events.

I wish I could come over but I doubt a 14 year old can just get up and go a few thousand miles over to America!
