Do any of you know what model of Columbia this is? It appears to be an American-made motor and mechanism in a British case?

This is indeed a completely American made Columbia machine originally imported and sold in the UK. Before 1921 , all Columbia machines sold in the UK were imported , usually from USA although a few came from Europe. I have had this actual machine pass through my hands when I sold it a few years ago on behalf of the widow of a collector friend who had passed away. Regards Dulcetto
