I am going through some Victor Grand Prize label recordings. Some have the letter D, usually standing alone, in the run-out area. What does that indicate?

I could be wrong, but if memory serves that is the stamper. "A" stampers are most desirable but hard to find. A stamper was only good for so many pressings, and each stamper cast from the master created a little more wear.
