I'm looking for the following parts to repair a Columbia AZ cylinder Graphophone that I recently purchased that was, unfortunately, damaged during shipping.

If anyone can help me with the following parts I would be sincerely grateful.

1. carriage sleeve (that slides laterally on the carriage shaft) {sample is pictured below for reference)

2. spring loaded "half-nut" assembly (attached to the bottom of the carriage sleeve and engages with the threaded carriage shaft)

3. original governor assembly with weights (mine has a badly warped friction disc which I know will create an annoying flutter. If you have a 'true' running Columbia governor friction disc that uses a 4-weight governor I'd be pleased with only that as my weights and springs are fine)

The governor was not damaged in shipping (the other parts definitely were) but I can tell by rotating the governor that the friction disc is badly warped. If I can get the first 2 parts above then I'm 100% confident I can get this AZ to play again but I would like it to play as true and naturally as possible (without flutter).

The Columbia AZ parts that I needed have been found! I have installed them and it plays beautifully.

Excellent, Doug. It's always great to obtain the parts that allow a machine to become complete again.

(I just obtained a Zonophone traveling arm that allowed completion of a Type C Zono that had waiting 10 years for one!)

AZs are nice machines, and those early Lyric reproducers can really bark when they're rebuilt.
