I paid £1 for the record and haven't seen this label before.

Excellent/mint thought to be NOS

Brunswick - red label
Here comes cookie
Ted Fio Rito and his orchestra
RL.234

Wanting to know a rough price estimate I know it is only what someone will pay but an estimate would be much apriciated.

Thanks, Jake

It's probably a 1935 era British Brunswick red label... not rare, but a nice record.

As far as value, it is worth what you paid, if you like it... If you want to sell it, you need to find someone who likes Ted Fiorito and is willing to pay more. How much - who knows? Condition is important, label is important and most of all the performer and title determine value... I personally don't buy any records that I don't like the artist, style and particularly title, no matter what.
