I was curious, who pressed Kalamazoo records? When were they made?

Kalamazoo records were pressed by the American Record Co. (Hawthorne, Sheble, & Prescott), the International Record Co., and Columbia. The Columbia pressings (with peach-colored paper labels) are the more common variety, although they're all hard to find. Kalamazoo records date from about 1906 - 1910.
