Does anyone know what this is worth? Is runs after I used the crank and has extra needles.

It depends on how far away from the seller you are. If you were near me, I'd pay $200. I'm not being a smarty, it's just that your machine is big, too costly to ship. Most people include the cost of shipping in the purchase price.
