Hello Captain Obvious.........the whole thing shouts MUSEUM. Bidding starts at $6.7 million. Thats about 6.8 more than I have!
Wonder if the city would do a deal if one were setting up a museum. After all, there are not many places that are seminal to the entertainment industry. Menlo Part & Victor HQ? I predict that Rutgers will buy it if they need to expand the Camden campus?
