I am currently rebuilding a #12 reproducer(as shown in Howard Hazelcorns book) and would like some help in finding who makes the best gaskets for these reproducers. I also have another Lyric which has a different stylus fitted and another which looks like the #11 reproducer but has the spring assembly mounting as the #12. HH book shows this missing. Is this an intermediate case using up the #12 parts? There are no numbers stamped arond the body.The stylus is very small and maybe for indestructable cylinders.
Any information regarding these reproducers would be great.

Brian, Ron Sitko has these gaskets and they are excellent quality. The Lyric on the left is for a 2 min. record. You can tell by the angle and the door knob shaped stylus. The Lyric on the right, is a 2/4 min. stylus. On this one, you can tell by the pointed shaped stylus, and the almost perpendicular angle. These reproducers are spring loaded. I would not play a wax cylinder on these machines, because they will wear out. I would recommend playing Indestructible cylinders on these machines.

The two-minute Lyric has the same internal diameter as an Edison "C", "H" or "K", so getting gaskets, even in the UK is not too difficult. I'm afraid I don't know the dimensions of the 4-minute one but I suspect it will be similar to the 2-minute one

For the gaskets, try Ken Priestley, who trades as "Holmfirth Antiques" is based in West Yorkshire and is on the internet. He normally has a good stock of these type of things.

The 2/4 min Lyric used the same gaskets as the regular 2 min. one.
