I have a record duster and the celluloid in peeling a little. What is a good safe glue to use? Years ago, I used ACC, but it damaged the celluloid.

Harvey,
You might try WeldBond glue... It is water based when wet, but permanent and clear when dry and it adheres almost any material. I use it to repair shellac records mainly because it can be wiped out of the grooves after aligning the crack. It should work fine on your duster, just clamp the repair or tape it to hold it in place while drying. You can get it at Michael's or online...

Thanks, Curt. I'll try the local hardware store. If not, I'll order it from Amazon.

Acetone will melt celluloid together or bond it to another material.

Yeah, I know. The same with ACC, or crazy glue.
