Heineman Service Manuals?

Did the Otto Heineman Co. put out any service manuals for their motors? I have worked on many of these motors, but there has to be a faster way to adjust the governor bearings. They have a couple different types that I have encountered, the slotted end brass and the knurled end brass types. All of their bearings are eccentric and off center. Some of their motors used a clip on one side to hold the bearing in place for adjustment.
