Price reduced. Up for your consideration is an original Victor nine panel flower horn. This is the Victor #19, which has a 19" diameter bell. As you can see form the pics, it's in fairly decent shape. There is some paint wear inside the horn and some scratches. There are a few pings on two of the panels. Overall...not bad.
