I would look for a better model, this one has a replaced motor (and the plugged hole of the original crank is visible on the side).

The horn is in good shape for an EMG Mark IX, which is notorious for drooping if kept in unsuitable conditions. As the seller points out, the machine has been re-motored with a quadruple spring HMV No.34, a very good unit but no fun if it needs an overhaul.

Ha, Carlos! I'm not looking for one at all, but enjoy checking the listings. Those machines are too far in the stratosphere for my meager wallet! Plus, in my small digs, there wouldn't be any room for it.

One can dream though . . .

For sure it takes a lot of space, Charlie, and are very expensive, but if you're lucky you can stumble on one by the sidewalk, thrown out by a zealous wife (these machines are incompatible with wives, unless they happen to share the same hobby).
