Simple: place it on a high enough pedestal, attach a weight to the cord, and presto! A rare weight driven Gramophone!

Just a little light rust and this thing will clean up great... it even comes with an original crank, which isn't necessary with the pull starter... :lol:

This is a record rewinder. You used to need them when you were sampling new records at your local music store, and only wanted to listen to part of it, so it would be back to the beginning for the next shopper.
