FOR SALE: Edison Amberola 30 Project - $160

Straight from the toaster!
This is missing the gear cover, the top grille, the front grille, the serial plate, and a few mounting screws. The motor winds up and spins, but will need a going over. It actually runs well! Far better than it looks! The speed control knob is there, as is the piece of the feedscrew mechanism (broken off). The lid support is also present, just not connected. Veneer needs repair or replacing and the finish is mostly gone. Parts will need a lot of cleaning and repainting.
I am listing this as a full machine rather than parts because of the reproducer. It is the nickeled version (although it has some corrosion) and I was told the diamond stylus was good. It does need a rebuild. I am also under the assumption that the nickeled version is NOT POT METAL, which will be good when rebuilding it!
This would be a great project for someone who wants to know every nook and cranny of an Amberola 30 or someone who wants a restoration project.
Shipping will be via FedEx and should be about $25.
