FOR SALE: Barn Find Edison Class M Complete - Sold
Posted: Wed Mar 29, 2017 10:49 pm
I have come across a barn find Edison Class M. This is complete and in reasonably good shape but obviously needs restored. All of the moving parts are free and move - it is not rusted up. It has the reproducer and recorder and the listening tube. It is mounted on a table which appears original. I believe it was like the one shown on the Galileo museum website. exhibits.museogalileo.it inv 1506. Everything appears there except the legs. The serial # is 9569. I am putting this out on the forum to see if there is any interest before listing on eBay. I have a lot of photos I can send if you contact me and provide your email address. I do not know what this is really worth so I am looking for comments, advice, and serious offers.

You may note that I am new to the forum. I was active with phonographs about 15 years ago but have not really actively pursued them recently. I did join the forum to find info and a possible buyer for this machine. The machine is real, as described and has been sitting in a garage for the last 50 years. All of your inputs are appreciated.
