I finally found the time to detail out a wonderful little Zonophone Type “A” which I was privileged to purchase from Bill Kocher last June at Union. It’s a very early machine, serial #2096, and has the unique oval cross-section tone arm. I believe it’s the same machine pictured on page 92 of “The Talking Machine an Illustrated Compendium” by Tim Fabrizio & George Paul.
Cheers, Bob S.

Bob,
As I have said to anybody who will listen, you are The Best at restoring a machine while preserving it's originality. This is no exception.
Keep up the good work,
Raphael
