It looks like a Silvertone tabletop, internal horn phonograph that someone converted to an external horn machine. Kind of interesting how it all fit together

Looks like a Silvertone case, Columbia horn, and the back bracket & arm off a Victor schoolhouse. If the pieces are genuine there could be just about $500 in the parts. As it stands, this is a nicer than average Frankenphone.

The Sears "Silvertone" brand, which was introduced in 1915/1916 --

-- was never used on an outside horn model, as far as I know.
As estott noted, for $500, you might just be able to get your investment back for the parts. (The nickel plated horn would probably fetch the most, and perhaps the Victor tonearm & bracket.)

That would explain why I couldn't find another one like it on the net! I'm not interested in buying it so if someone wants to pursue it for parts, go for it.

Curious. Do you think that someone added the front wood panel? If it didnt come with a rear mount horn, it would have had an internal horn with a grill in the front, correct? Sure looks like a dinky motor.

Yes, the front panel was added. Looks like the correct grain from a Columbia or client machine. The rest of the woodgrain I can see is more figured and "flaky".
They actually did quite a nice job mating things together in my opinion.
