I think I have reached my quota of square boxes. I like them though and they are neat machines to restore. I have them from s/n 6067 to s/n 30055. All seem to be a little unique. I have posted several in the forum and I still have one without a serial number not posted. Tom B

That's quite a collection!!! I am happy I got to see them in person. You've put really done a great job on those.

Nice collection! The nice thing about collecting multiples of the same model is that one does get a chance to observe just how much variation there was on these. I too am guilty of... ahem... collecting "more than one" of certain models of phonograph. :?

I have a bad habit of overdoing it too.. I find something I like and go nuts on it. I am at the point now where I have no more room in my garage to properly store them now. I am concentrating on machines I do not have, I have all Edison standards except a ICS standard D. I just acquired a home F that I am refurbishing so that leaves me needing a home C. I understand they are rarer than teeth in a chicken. The fun is in the chase though. Tom B

Bah, I think you need another one and I can fix ya right up with a really nice 2 clipper. Seriously... I'm thinking of selling all my cylinder stuff and maybe some other things too to fund the Vic 6 I've always wanted, but damn the market is soft right now!

You are right George. The market is way down and you may take a beating, especially on some of your most recent purchases. On the other hand, I've seen several nice Vic VI's over the past couple years, including a few on this Forum, offered at much lower prices as a result. :)

I am into VWs to and want to sell my 1959 bug but the market is soft and I am not in a rush. I seemed to have collected to many things. I had six bugs at one time. I am down to three.
