It looks like the bullet brake is missing. These early machines had a bullet brake like on the outside horn machines. Also, it's hard to tell if the speed control is there or not. It also is the same as an outside horn machine. These early Victrolas used outside horn parts. Nice early machine.

Where are you located in NC? I know it's short notice, but we're having a CAMPS phonograph show and sale in Mooresville NC this Saturday 4/29. You could sell the machines there for sure. We have around 40 dealers. I'll be glad to give you directions if you can make it.
