Where is the decal typically located on these horns?

Standing behind the horn that would be mounted on a machine - it should be at the (approximately) 10 o'clock position. Please realize that the position is subject to move somewhat as the metal collar can rotate due to wood shrinkage, In fact I had a horn once that the collar rotate 360 degrees, but nipper ends up upside down if he ends up at what could be the 3 o'clock position.
