Question about the early Cygnet cranes...

I have a Home D with H reproducer that came with a nice #10 Cygnet with its rigid mounted suspension. To use the rigid suspended setup you need a crane that is shaped differently at lease in the upper section. To the best of my knowledge nobody makes such a reproduction crane. I know Sitko sells the little horn piece that attaches to the spring suspension for the more typical Cygnet crane. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Jerry Blais

Jerry have you tried Wyatt's for the Crane.. They have some reproductions reasonably priced. Also George in Michigan Great Lakes has reproduction cranes too. If not check the EBay and they come up. Also Croakenfrog on E bay has originals at a price that is not too bad. Also is this crane you have it will fit the horn but missing the spring and adjusting nut??? They are avaible too. Tom B

Thanks Tom, I will check those places to see if an early crane is available. Jerry B.
