It's been deleted.

The vast majority of otherwise informative threads like this are basically useless now because no photos were posted and the links are now dead.

I spoke with the gentleman shortly before the post was deleted. He had already sold the machine and didn't realize the post was still up.

The 3rd reproducer was marked 'Edison' so that explains what it was about. This was suspected in the other thread and confirmed by the seller.
