I have a question regarding the VE 10-35 changer electric motor. Does anyone know with certainty which type induction motor this used? There's a small plate attached somewhere on the motor frame that should identify which. Thanks!
Bob

Yes, my VE 10-35 says:

TYPE 4
40-60 CYCLES
105-120 VOLTS

Bob,

There were at least 3 induction disc motors

105 to 120 Volt

Part # 16355 40 to 60 cycle
Part # 17576 25 to 30 cycle
Part # 17860 40 to 60 cycle for all automatic machines

For operation on 40 cycles there is a 31 ohm tapped (at 21 ohms) resistor added to the motor circuit.

For operation on 150 to 220 volts there were 3 step-down transformers available.
