The decal looks right for a G&T. May have been sold in France. The reproducer does not seem correct, but I don't know this machine. You might want to ask in the British and European section.

I second Django's thought. It looks like an off-brand reproducer, which would be purchased alone to "beef up" machines in the mid-to-late 20s.

The reproducer is a 1930's Thorens. The correct reproducer should be a G & T Exhibition type reproducer. Otherwise, it is a nice machine.
