Can someone help me identify what kind of machine this is?

Edison Standard with added 2/4-minute gearing.

To add to what Gene said, it looks to be a Model B, and it clearly has a larger crane-hung horn (morning glory or large brass witches hat.)

I agree with them that it is a standard B with a 2/4 gear adapter. It is a nice machine to start out with. Sometimes antique stores are a little pricy but then again there are bargains to get out there too. Tom B

It looks to be an Edison Model B Standard with a 2/4 Minute Conversion gearing kit.
