I now have the missing corner column. I cleaned it up, removed any hide glue residue on my machine and column, and clamped it on last night (using hide glue, of course). Looks good.
I need to thank Randy of Phoenix, AZ. Without him, the machine just wouldn't be right. The piece he supplied is a perfect match to my machine, right down to the color. I don't need to match any colors. Perhaps not that surprising. I don't see too many of this particular model with the speed control on top. Perhaps it was a short run and thus Randy's part and my machine left the factory just about the same time with the same stain and shellac used for both.

I still need to do a small veneer job on the motor board. Hope to do that this weekend. I will post a photo of my "Green Hornet" when done on my entry under Machines
