For sale today is a super nice Edison Home Model A Phonograph with a D repeater from my personal collection.

This is an excellent example of the Green Oak Home model A. It is all original! The case is in wonderful original condition, with minimal wear. This one has had a pretty easy life. The banner decal is stunning. The paint on the bed plate is excellent and the pen striping is very very good!

And this one has a Model D Repeating Attachment installed on it. The Model D attachment was available as an aftermarket add-on as advertised above) or installed directly from the factory. When ordered from the factory, a channel for a leather insert was routed into the knife edge on the upper bedplate to cushion the drop of the carriage when it was returned by the repeating attachment. The Model D Repeating Attachment on this Edison Home was factory installed as witnessed by the leather insert in the knife edge. A factory installed D is much harder to find and more desirable than an after market D.

What is great about this machine, is that it looks great, and plays great too. The Model D repeater works like a champ ,returning to the beginning of the record multiple times. It sports a nice winged model C reproducer.
