I believe this is actually an Ensign or Cadet (they changed one name to the other at some point), smaller than a Minor which is a different instrument.

According to Frank James, the Cadet was rushed out for the Christmas market of 1932. It's performance was so bad that it was soon modified with the larger Minor horn and re-named the Ensign. This is a rare survivor of an unpopular model. The horn looks in good shape and the sale includes some sought after Expert ephemera.
