Found this front mount phonograph horn at a junk shop, drove by what may have been Sandford and sons shop at one time and it was on a bench out front. Almost wrecked getting off the road. Anyway I have no idea what it belongs on but looks like all brass with a soldered on elbow is 31 inches long and 17 inch bell. Got it VERY cheap. So I can sell it for scrap metal and get money back. Any idea what it goes to. Tim

Possibly a Zonophone (front mount) horn. It looks similar to this one -- http://www.intertique.com/GrandOperaZon ... untID.html

It is for a Columbia FM machine. Nice horn to have. let me know if you need the dents removed.

I believe it will fit a Columbia AY, or AR Disc machine.
(Also, possibly an AH, with extended arms)

Here's an AH (early version) equipped with that same horn. This example (and a number of others) has a threaded elbow that screws into the horn. These elbows can be either brass or aluminum.
