It is missing the gear cover ( $ 80.00 )and the foot ( $ 25.00 ). Also it may need the center bearing replaced as it was not stated that the mandrel spins. A lot of time when the belt is missing on the C D E and F the Bearing could be froze. It will a little refinishing too. If you want it get it down some more. Tom B
