Has anyone tried to make some homemade ear tubes? If I could figure out the piece for inserting into your ear I think I'd have it figured out. I was getting some parts for a recording horn I'm making and I saw these and it reminded me of those Columbia attachments.

Maybe I could buy some cheap stethoscopes and remove the ends.

I used a broken pair of headphones, drilled a hold just smaller than the tube on the centre of each ear and used epoxy to fix the tube and used clear silicone inside and out to seal and air gaps that the epoxy might not have filled, sure they don't look original but they sound better than the inner ear ones as it block the vibrations from the reproducer.
